Privacy policy

This website is the personal portfolio of Praveen. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• When you send a message through the contact form: your name, email address, the project type you choose and your message.
• A count of visits per day. This is a number only. We do not record who you are, your IP address or which pages you looked at.

How we use it

• Your message is stored securely on this website's server so Praveen can read it and reply to you. A copy may also be sent to his own email inbox.
• We use it only to answer your enquiry about acting work or collaboration. We never sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Spam protection

To stop spam, the site briefly uses your internet (IP) address to limit how many messages can be sent in an hour. It is stored in scrambled (hashed) form, kept for about an hour, and never saved with your message.
The contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that tells people from bots without puzzles or tracking. To do this, Cloudflare briefly processes technical details such as your IP address and browser. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept only for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Other services

• Pages load no adverts, trackers, analytics tools or social media widgets. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
• Showreel videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo load only when you press play. From then on, that service's own privacy policy applies.
• Links to Instagram, YouTube or Facebook take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
• The company that hosts this website may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security, for a limited period.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. This follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws where you live. Contact: the contact form on this site.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Casting enquiries for minors should come from a parent, guardian or agency.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
